Once the abstracts have been selected by the PIWP, the Organising Committee will ask authors for a first paper to be submitted by 15 December. First documents should follow the guidelines hereunder:

  • We suggest an approximate length of maximum 4.500 words for the final paper. First papers should therefore be planned with this in mind.

  • Although abstracts have been submitted in languages other than English – the official language of the event-, and despite the fact that simultaneous translations will be available in some of the biennial workshops, the papers in the virtual knowledge-base and the final CD-ROM should be written in English.

  • All the images and captions included in the articles have to be scanned at 300 dpi or higher resolution. All pictures should preferably be in real size and its captions attached to them.

  • The final CD-ROM will be free for all registered participants and guest speakers and will therefore not have an ISBN.

  • The first author of each paper selected for an oral presentation will be exempted from paying the registration fee.

  • The bibliography used to write the paper, is not part of the maximum words suggested.

  • The deadline to submit first documents in electronic format is 15 December. Files should be sent to the following address: oscar@mcrit.com

  • Word 6.0 for Windows is the appropriate word processing.

  • We can handle most of the graphic software. If you have any questions, however, please contact the Technical Secretariat.

  • On the basis of first papers, the Organising Committee will select the papers for oral presentations in workshops.

  • For future reference, please note that these guidelines can also be consulted in our website.

  • For any query, please contact the Technical Secretariat.
